Reception Package $1900

5 hours of entertainment
- Extra time available, see note at the end
DJ/MC (Master of Ceremonies)
Sound system for main dance floor, announcements, toasts, etc
Dance floor lighting
Wireless Mic for all announcements and toasts
Preplanning meeting to discuss event flow and music choices
- Use our many years of experience maximize your party time and have less "hurry up and wait" moments

Ceremony System Add-on $350

If you are having your ceremony on site but not in the same spot as the dance floor, you may consider having us provide sound and music for this. Take the worry out of having a family member figure out what to play, when to play it, and what to do with the sound system after the ceremony when they want to enjoy the reception.

The Ceremony System includes:

Audio techinican to setup, run, and remove all audio gear
Music for while guests are seated (30 min prior to listed ceremony start time)
All music for ceremony and while guests exit to reception
- assumed approximate 30 min ceremony run time

We have found this package helps make a memorable experience. If you would like to tailor fit other possible items such as Dancing on the Clouds, Spark Fountains or a Photo Booth, please contact us and we can discuss how we can add more magic into your day.

Things to consider: Our package starts with the time based on a start time discussed with you at the preplanning meeting. The time may start earlier if guests arrive earlier, and we are asked to begin cocktail hour earlier.

If your ceremony and reception are at the same location the reception time starts at the end of the ceremony (This is the beginning of the cocktail hour).

*Extra time - $200/hr in 1 hour increments payable 1 month prior to show by check or 15 min before the start of the hour by cash only. Not prorated for ending early.

**Pricing is based on Tippecanoe County and that setup is at ground level. Extra charges may apply for areas outside of Tippecanoe County and/or if the setup area is not at ground level.
